Travel Bursary Scheme

Does your school have more than 20% pupil premium children? Make learning outside of the classroom more accessible with our travel bursary scheme, funded through Arts Council England and the Department of Education.

If so, you could qualify for a travel bursary of up to £250 per visit*, to support the costs of transport when visiting the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum and Coventry Transport Museum with your pupils.

How to qualify:

  • The travel bursary only applies to schools who book two learning sessions with us for the same group of pupils.
  • This could include booking two sessions to take part at either the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum or Coventry Transport Museum, or combined across the two museums.
  • Your school must have more than 20% of your children qualifying for pupil premium.
  • Our school bookings team can advise you on how to do a two-session visit across our museums and what options you have. Contact them directly: ctm.info@cvlife.co.uk or call: 02476237521
